Q- Is there a cost during the 90-day trial?
A – Yes, an invoice is issued with 90-day payment terms.
If the product is returned within the 90-day window, the invoice is voided.
Q – Who pays for return shipping?
A – SmartD. A pre-paid return label is provided with every shipment.
Q – How many units can I request?
A – Up to two (2) per site — subject to technical qualification.
Q – Which products are eligible?
A – Clean Power VFD 400-480 V and 600 V, 15 – 75 HP frames.
Q – What happens after 90 days?
A – If you keep the drive, the invoice becomes active and your 36-month warranty is automatically registered.
Conditions
To qualify for the Retrofit Challenge:
- Retrofit and/or pilot project.
- Controlled motor(s) between 15 HP and 75 HP.
- Purchased from an official distributor.
- Acceptance to share limited operational data for a named or anonymous case study (performance, energy consumption, compliance, vibration reports).
- Registered product (serial and commissioning form).
